What does shipping cost?
Free Economy shipping is available on U.S. orders of $90 or more. Other options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the U.S., availability and rates appear at checkout where we can ship.
How long before my order ships?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. That is not a delivery estimate; available delivery estimates appear at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, it is included in the shipment notification.
What is the return window?
Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Eligibility and exclusions are governed by the store’s Refund Policy.
Which ampoule pack should I buy?
The 1p and 6p are the same 10 ml ampoule. The six-pack works out cheaper per ampoule than buying them singly.
Where are the skincare products sourced?
Our current skincare range is sourced from Korea, through Station B.
